Consultation
It starts with a conversation. We begin at our office or your project site to learn more about your home or property, what you want to accomplish and what matters most to you. We discuss your priorities, architectural preferences, anticipated investment and timing so we can understand the project and determine the appropriate next steps.

Planning & Design
Turning ideas into a buildable plan. Once the project moves forward, we evaluate the property or existing home, design opportunities, structural requirements and other conditions that may influence the work. We coordinate the planning, design development, specifications and selections needed to bring the project into focus before construction begins. For custom homes, this naturally incorporates site planning. For renovations, it covers existing conditions.

Scope & Proposal
Clarity before construction. As the design develops, we define the anticipated scope of work, key selections, project investment and expectations for construction. Our goal is to establish a clear understanding of what is being built and what comes next before work begins.

Construction
Thoughtfully managed from start to finish. Once construction begins, our team coordinates scheduling, trade partners, inspections, materials and day-to-day project management. We remain actively involved throughout the build, addressing questions and decisions as they arise while keeping the project moving toward completion.

Final Walkthrough
Finishing with the same attention we started with. As construction nears completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough of the finished project, review final items and address remaining details. Once the work is complete, we prepare the finished home or space for you to enjoy.
